Nestled in the picturesque countryside near Poreč, Kadum Winery is where rich history meets a modern approach to organic winemaking. This family-run estate carries on a legacy that began over 140 years ago, in 1882, when Ivan Giovanni Radolović – Mateus planted the first vineyard. After decades of pause, his descendant Darko Kadum, and today his son Ivan Kadum, revived the tradition with the same passion and deep respect for nature.
Today, Kadum Winery embraces organic vineyard practices, in-house production, and authentic Istrian character – all housed within the original family estate built by the old grandfather Ivan, standing as a symbol of tradition preserved.

Malvazija Istarska (2022) – Fresh, fruity, and elegant with notes of apricot, apple, and acacia blossom
Malvazija Istarska “Selection” (2019) – Mature, complex, and velvety with aromas of quince, fig, honey, and rosemary
Rosé (2022) – Delicate Provence-style rosé with hints of blueberry, raspberry, and red rose petals
Teran (2022) – Vibrant and bold, with aromas of cherry, chocolate, and black pepper, featuring pronounced tannins
